Terms and Conditions: Any payments made by an individual, group, or entity to Shine Bible Tours for a pilgrimage package by default constitutes unconditional agreement with the terms and conditions stated here.
REGISTRATION: To reserve spot on a pilgrimage, you must submit the following:
Shine Bible Tours holds the right to cancel any reservation if the full payment is not received 90 days prior to departure. Refunds will be made less $100.00 administration fee.
CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS: All cancellations must be received in written form (by letter or email). Cancellations are possible at any time but the refunds are subject to the following cancellation fees:
If Shine Bible Tours cancels the pilgrimage for any reason other than safety, security, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond Shine bible Tours, we will refund the entire amount paid minus any non-refundable deposits paid. Shine Bible bears no further responsibility beyond the refund.
NOTE:
ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION: Prices quoted include accommodation in double-occupancy rooms with private bathroom facilities. A limited number of single-occupancy rooms are available at an increased fee. Lodging is provided at hotels or religious guesthouses or similar. Travel within the Holy Land will be on a private, chartered coach bus. Local guides will also be provided.
MEALS AND PERSONAL EXPENSES: The tours offered by Shine Bible tours could be based on half board plans (breakfasts and dinners) or full board plan (breakfasts, lunches and dinners).
Refunds for unused meals are not available.
Special dietary needs can be requested, and every effort will be made to accommodate participants with special dietary concerns. However, Shine Bible Tours cannot guarantee the availability of dietary accommodations at all meals and restaurants.
The pilgrimage fee does not include any fees or expenses incurred by individuals or groups for passports, visas, laundry, extras beyond provided meals or beverages, wines, liquors, mineral water, after supper coffee or tea, travel incidentals, personal expenses, baggage, or any other items not explicitly stated as included. Tips (Guide, Hotel, Driver) are also not included in the price.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Please be advised that Shine Bible Tours reserves the right to take photographs and video during any pilgrimage activities and to use captured media for promotional use. Any individual that prefers their image not be used for promotional purposes is kindly asked to notify us via letter or email before departure.
Rami did an excellent job of leading our group. We truly experienced the heart of Israel with his knowledge and passion. A wonderful experience and would absolutely choose Shine again!

SUCCESS! I hosted my first group to Israel with Shine Bible Tours! 17 dear friends met me in Israel from all over the United States. They entrusted me to find the BEST guide company who could also acquire the perfect accommodations for our group needs. Rami and Ranya went beyond any and all expectations! They took in consideration what I wanted to create for my group and the pace we wanted to go! IT WAS PERFECT! Rami was our guide for this tour. He is extremely knowledgeable. Not only his depth of knowledge about history, geography, topography but his insight into scripture is refreshing. His insight challenged us to think beyond anything we 'thought' we knew. We were stretched, challenged to grow! WE DID! We had this amazing thing that happened to many of us on this trip. We came back with business ideas, ministry expansion ideas and a blueprint for future LIFE- steps. It surely seems like we were commissioned from Jerusalem to carry something home! This trip was more than I could have imagined. It wasn't a tour but an experience. We had times of stillness to take in what we were seeing and hearing, and the knowledge Rami shared with us made everything so much richer. Rami and Mary Kristi thought through every detail so that we were cared for and able to soak it all in. I will be taking a group one day so others can experience what I have!
